At Byers Bush, we are committed to the long term success of our business and our customers’ business. We know that this can only be achieved through trust and honesty, working in partnership with one another and responding to your needs.
Trust and Honesty – We will tell our customers when their products will be ready, given what we know at the time that they place the order. If we cannot meet their expectations, we tell them. If something goes wrong with our equipment so that we will not meet our delivery time, we tell them. If rejects are created, we fix them. If we don’t know the answer to a question that they ask, we tell them that we don’t know and we work to get them an answer from someone that does.
Our belief is that we will be successful not by telling our customers what they want to hear, but by telling them the truth. This is how we have built our business until now and how we intend to grow our customer base going forward.
Partnership – We strive to be a resource to our customers when it comes to their powder coating needs. If they need a specific colour, texture, coating with enhanced UV protection, etc. we can find out if it is available and give them options to choose from.
If we see that the product that they ship to us is deficient in any way, whether it will affect the powder coating or not, we tell them about it before we perform any work. We are always looking out for our customers needs and pride ourselves at being more than just a powder coating provider, but a true partner who looks out for their best interests.
Responsiveness – We also know that our customers can be put into situations where they have to meet very tight timelines. We pride ourselves on our agility and our ability to respond. With our production equipment set up to make quick changeovers and the fact that we keep our lead times short, we can often expedite orders for our customers to help them make their tight deadlines.
And coming back to trust, if we can’t meet your expectations, we will tell you. We won’t promise you something that we can’t achieve.
