Trust, meaning that we pro-actively communicate with our customers so
that there are no surprises – we tell you the truth, whether it is good news or
bad. And we take care of our customers
product, ensuring that we send the product right the first time, so that our
customers can send it to their customer without having to inspect it.
We are responsive
to our customers’ needs. We can expedite
orders and do colour changes very easily.
We can match custom colours in a matter of days. We stock over 200 powders and deal with all
of the major powder suppliers, offering you one of the widest selections of
powders in the industry.

We inspect every part that comes off of our line. Our return rate is 0.4%.

Our lead time will not go beyond 3 days. If we have more than 3 days work on the
floor, we will work overtime to keep our lead time at no more than 3 days or
communicate with our customers to make sure that they can wait more than 3 days
for their product.

We have 3 paint booths and average 8.1 colour changes per
day, meaning that we can expedite rush orders very easily. A colour change takes us on average 5 minutes
to perform.

Since March 1, 2009, we have only lost 1 customer and that
was due to the distance they had to travel to get their product to us. During that same time period, we have picked
up 36 new customers.

We have 27 customers that have been with us for over 10
years.

We give customers honest answers about when their products
will be ready. When we can’t meet our
commitment, we call them and tell them.

If the number of pieces that a customer sends us is less
than it says on their purchase order, we call them and tell them.

If product comes to us damaged, we call our customers and
tell them.

We help customers determine what the best powder is for the
application that their product is being used in. If they choose a powder that we don’t think
is appropriate, we tell them and suggest an alternative.

We have invested over 6% of revenues on the building and
equipment to offer a better finished product and level of service to our
customers.

If there is ever an issue, we work with our customers to
come to a mutually agreeable solution.
If we are at fault, we take the product back and rework it without
making it uncomfortable for our customers.

Our employees have an average tenure of over 15.5 years of
service. They know what parts need to be
masked, plugged, etc and handle each part with care and attention.
