Brian Fancy – brian.fancy@byersbush.com  - General Manager

Brian has been in the painting world since 1976. He started with La-Z-Boy Canada managing the wood finishing department and travelling throughout North America implementing processes and systems. Brian was also the Warranty Service Manager and Training Manager for La-Z-Boy Canada.

In 2005, Brian joined Tilton Industries in Brampton to manage their production facility.

In 2009, Brian joined Byers-Bush Powder Coating as their Sales Manager. Due to his honesty, professionalism and level of service Brian as earned the respect of his customers. Many of these satisfied customers are a strong source of new business referrals.

Len Yap – len.yap@byersbush.com  - Sales Representative

Len started his career over 30 years ago with Sherwin-Williams doing color matching, accounts receivable/payable and industrial technical sales. He received training in powder coatings, wood finishes, automotive finishes and consumer products and within three years he was promoted to Store Manager. 

After Sherwin Williams left Canada, Len joined International Paints as Factory Store Manager where he was responsible for bottom line results, which encompassed retail, dealer, protective coatings, and product finishes of which powder coatings was a part.

Over the last 15 years Len has worked in the role of customer development manager at Chemcraft / Sico / Akzo responsible for identifying and commercializing OEM accounts within NAFTA. He acquired key accounts such as Volvo, Snap-On, and Ingersoll-Rand which expected exceptional customer service to remain customers.

His experience working with major OEM’S has provided him with an appreciation of the constant stress manufacturer’s face to improve quality while at the same time reducing cost.
